Demons Become Rams.
A huge Congratulations to four of our club players who have been selected in the Queensland Rams State Teams to play in the Nationals in January next year. Under 14 players, Kurtis Frahm, Joshua Fritsch and Cale Wood will be travelling to Lismore to compete in the National A Championships from January 4 – 11. Under 20 and A Grade player, Rory Rhodes will go to Perth for the AAA National Championships from January 6 -17. WELL DONE BOYS!
Three Cheers For Our New Canteen Coordinator!
Many thanks go out to Wendy MacAskill, mum of CJ who plays in the U8 Narangba Grey team. Wendy has graciously volunteered to help organise the canteen for us. She still needs your help though as it is a huge job for one person.
Remember that each team is expected to help by doing ˝ hr before the game and ˝ hr after the game. It all helps to try and get your $50 Levy back! If you are interested in becoming an “Expert” canteen helper, where you will be trained and then confident enough to be on a roster to look after the canteen for a couple of hours once in a while please contact Michelle our Volunteers Coordinator 0417 727547.

President Andy Irving and Senior Vice President Fred Koolstra present new Club Coach Kevin (KJ) Johnson and Swedish Import Henrik (Henke) Johannson with their playing strips and caps.
New Club Newsletter Launched.
Under 14 player Tom Nielsen’s parents Erica and Bill also need our congratulations and thanks. They are the brains behind the launch of the new Narangba Demons newsletter, The Dugout. This long awaited publication goes to print each week and they would love to have your input. If you have any team reports or photos please send to: thedugoutnewsletter@hotmail.com by Close of Business on Wednesdays.
Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser.
On Saturday December 13, our club is lucky enough to be given the Bunnings Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser at Morayfield. This is a huge fundraiser for the club, making over $1000 for one days work. As this is the last weekend before the Christmas break we need your help to man the stall during the day. During the next few weeks your Managers will be asking you to give up and hour or so to help cook & sell sausages. If you can help contact Gail: secretaryndbc@narangbasportandrec.org.au 3385 6970 0403 439723 Don’t leave it to the usual volunteers – do your bit for your club too!
A big THANKYOU.
The NDBC Committee would like to publically thank all those volunteers who have recently given up their entire weekends to become accredited officials for our Club. Your dedication and commitment to Narangba Demons is truly appreciated.
